By completing the membership registration process, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below, the www.isold.com.au Conditions of Use, the www.isold.com.au Privacy Policy, and any other terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers displayed elsewhere on the www.isold.com.au site.
If you object to these terms and conditions or any subsequent modifications to them, or become dissatisfied with your membership of www.isold.com.au in any way, your only remedy is to immediately:
a) discontinue your use of www.isold.com.au; and
b) terminate your membership by notifying www.isold.com.au in writing.

My Shortlist” and “Property Alert” is a free service that provides you with special offers about the products or services in which you have indicated an interest. In order to receive these special offers, you must be a www.isold.com.au Member and provide www.isold.com.au with personal information that includes: first name, surname, email address, gender, date of birth, postcode, and country of residence. www.isold.com.au will only send you those offers that match the interests you have selected. All email you receive will allow you as a subscriber to change preferences or opt-out of “My Shortlist” and “Property Alert” at any time. Personal information collected by www.isold.com.au as part of “My Shortlist” and “Property Alert” will be treated in accordance with the www.isold.com.au Privacy Policy.
