As a condition of your use of any services on www.isold.com.au , you warrant to ISOLD that you will not use www.isold.com.au for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms & conditions or any other terms, conditions or notices appearing anywhere on www.isold.com.au . www.isold.com.au assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information regarding the properties contained within this site. All information contained herein is user entered. By using this site, the user agrees to hold www.isold.com.au harmless in the event of discrepancy or error in the information contained herein.

GST and Currency

Unless stated to be otherwise, charges referred to for use of any services provided by www.isold.com.au via www.isold.com.au are GST inclusive. Where GST applies, upon payment for online credit by a www.isold.com.au member, www.isold.com.au will deduct the GST it incurs from each payment and www.isold.com.au will issue the member with a Tax Invoice. The balance of the payment will be credited to a member's account. GST means the Australian goods and services tax charged under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (the "Act"). Tax invoice means tax invoice as defined by the Act.

All Transactions are in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery, Returns and Exchange Policy

* All details and care have been taken to illustrate how the listing will look before any payment is made.

Signage:

can only be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

* The For Sale sign was damaged during delivery to the member’s nominated address.
* Or the sign was printed incorrectly by ISOLD
* The refund amount will be equal to the cost of the sign
